Gametime

The fans are pumped. It's still relatively warm - no gloves needed. Points early will be very important.

Weather Update

There was significant snow yesterday, but the combinations of rain and higher temperatures this morning has washed it all away. The temp is headed downward now and will probably lead to sleet and freezing rain during the game today, getting worse as the game goes along.

This was the weather that the Bears and Broncos played in last week and the major effect was on field goal kicking, 50-yarders will be out of the question and 40-yarders will be extremely difficult.

More updates as we get closer to game time.

Weather for Sunday

I just checked the weekend weather forecast and Chicago has a Winter Storm Watch for all day Saturday changing to rain for the game on Sunday. Its going to be messy, how bad it will be still remains to be seen but stay tuned for updates as Soldier Field is right next to my apartment building.

The worse the weather gets, the better chance the Bears have. The Giants have more offensive firepower and as we saw on Monday night, bad weather neutralizes that advantage.
